Mini moments of Mindfulness

Don't have time to meditate?

Want to practice mindfulness but never find the space in your day?

I know. Life is busy. And even if you had regular meditation / mindfulness practice - there are times when it falls off the radar. Although there is nothing like a regular practice, sometimes ‘something’ is better than not doing it at all.

Here is the solution.

“Mini moments of Mindfulness”

It’s quick. It’s super easy. You can do it anywhere, anytime. At work, on the loo, in the shower, brushing your teeth, walking the dog, waiting in line.

Stop.

Bring your mind to the present moment. Notice your breath. Even if it’s just one inhale and one exhale. Roll your shoulders up and back. Bring your breath to your belly. Inhale long and slow. Exhale long and slow.

That’s it.

A moment of mindfulness. Done in a mini-moment.

Remind yourself of the present moment. Of being in the here and now. Of letting go of the past and letting go of the future worries. For in this moment, all is still.

You can do this 100 times a day. All your mini-moments will add up, and before you know it - you’ve fitted in a few minutes mindfulness in each day.

Enjoy. x
