I’m Helen, a Registered Nurse and owner of One Life.
One Life blends mainstream medicine knowledge with mental well-being strategies, nutritional wisdom and lifestyle medicine to empower individuals towards a balanced and fulfilling life.
My distinctive approach goes beyond conventional medical treatments, focusing on empowering skills and embracing an integrative mind-body perspective to support mental health and overall well-being.
I offer personalised one-on-one coaching, engaging group workshops, comprehensive online courses, and dynamic speaking engagements tailored to small and large audiences.
I’m committed to equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
